Final Four Sites: 2010-16

When March Madness spills over into April and college basketball's last four teams meet, no mere basketball stadium can contain the drama. Only the biggest indoor venues in the country can host the Final Four, and, for the most part, that means NFL stadiums. Here's a look at the venues playing host to the NCAA Tournament's final weekend through the 2015-16 season.

The 2010 Final Four will be played on Peyton Manning's home turf. (Well, not literally... they install a basketball court instead of the usual football field.)

2011: Reliant Stadium, Houston

The home of the Houston Texans is the site for the South Regional in 2010 and the Final Four in 2011 and 2016.

2012: Louisiana Superdome, New Orleans

The home of the New Orleans Saints plays host in 2012, in the Final Four's return to New Orleans.

2013: Georgia Dome, Atlanta

The home of the Atlanta Falcons is the place to be for the first weekend in April, 2013. Atlanta was also host for the 2007 Final Four.

2014: Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Arlington, TX

The new home of the Dallas Cowboys -- set to open for the 2009 NFL season -- has become a very hot location for basketball's biggest events. In addition to the Final Four in 2014, the Cowboys' new home will host the NBA All Star weekend in 2010.

2015: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

The Final Four returns to Indy in 2015. I guess that's convenient... the NCAA is headquartered in Indianapolis.

2016: Reliant Stadium, Houston

The Road to the Final Four in 2016 will, once again, lead to Houston.
